Intensive coaching course for couples in crisis

CNV (non-violent communication)

It is a set of concepts and tools intended to help people build caring relationships within themselves and with others. The term nonviolent refers to Gandhi's movement and here means communicating with others without harming them. The NVC provides benchmarks for becoming aware of everyday attitudes and formulations that create misunderstandings and tensions, despite good intentions. NVC allows people to learn to use language that promotes mutual trust and invites people to step back and be creative in meeting their mutual needs.

Sophrology and Relaxation

Sophrology is a method of relaxation and a therapeutic tool for learning to modify certain behaviors or anxiety-inducing states. Stress, anxiety, eating disorders, weight problems, marital problems, insomnia, smoking, somatization (body pain, headaches, eczema, asthma etc.). Fatigue, overwork and depression threaten almost everyone. And when the brain can no longer support the intensive diet to which it is subjected, to avoid disorders such as fatigue, anxiety, insomnia or uncontrolled excitement, it is urgent to take a break. Relaxation can help you because it allows you to empty your mind. The state where no more parasitic thought disturbs the psyche seems the ideal solution. It is letting go.

Mindfulness and meditation

Here and now. Mindfulness, being fully aware of the moment and its sensations, thoughts and emotions. Mindfulness meditation is all about focusing on the present moment, on your internal sensations and perceptions and living them fully. This discipline has positive consequences on health: stress reduction, in particular.

Enneagram

Tool for self-knowledge, communication and personal development. The enneagram gives a very precise description of the human psyche and the nine typologies or personalities. It is a model of the structure of the human person. This model results in nine different personality configurations, nine ways of defining oneself. The enneagram is based on a solid theory of human functioning. Subtle and dynamic, this model makes it possible to describe the motivations of all human beings in a way that respects their uniqueness and their richness. He affirms that we have one dominant orientation, out of nine, which has a major impact on all contexts of our life. This orientation is both our main gift and our main limitation.
